I am Konge Sula, I request the president to sign this bill into LAW because civil servants are suffering with loans from micro finances and money lenders. Take an example I borrowed 3,000,000(three millions) from a micro finance for 60(sixty) months paying 178000(One hundred eighty thousands) monthly, who is responsible for making sure civil servants are not cheated by micro finances? Authorities just tell us you agreed.
Take a case study, if iam 60 years I agree with under age girl on heat period of 14 to have sexual intercourse, should the authorities let me free because the girl agreed with me?
For this matter iam un stable on duty, stressed applied for early retirement
but authorities told me I don’t qualify for early retirement!
